Of course there are probably hardware trojans on CPU and maybe other hardware available to NSA and probably another agencies but that are probably less reliable tools for intelligence and using those backdoors to widely is too risky (risking de-conspiring 0day exploit on us anons would endanger intelligence capabilities to get data being equivalent of NATO cosmic top secret from NATO enemies,only complete idiot would do that).
