This happens all over. There was a case involving this stuff in the UK a number of years ago where a childs mutilated corpse was found in the Thames River (if I recall right). We need to normalize the pushback against child abusers instead of coddling them.
I remember that. He was a headless torso. There was another story about an African couple who cut up a niece I believe in their bath. There was a few stories like that in the UK.
