Anyone else live in a town where because of Covid Plandemic everyone all of a sudden just walks in the road?

My city has people walking on the street long before covid.

Before covid everyone walked on the sidewalk in our towns neighborhoods...now everyone just walks in the road. Literally where a car would drive. Wtf is this?
