Seems like my mom is going to get penalized for not having insureance (obama care mandates). It was my understanding Trump got rid of those, did Biden put them back in place? Any legal pedes, can you point me in the right direction? Thanks!

The mandate was ruled unconstitutional by the supreme court. Sounds like someone is running a scam. Tell your mom to get everything the company is telling her to do in writing, and then get a lawyer.
