I think she said April so small businesses/restaurants can plan and change things for the higher volume. Who knows. Hopefully other places drop it earlier.

In my area of Alabama, everything has been open for awhile now. But still some restrictions on being open, and the damn mask wearing crap, but I've noticed more people are not wearing them. Some have no choice because of where they work they have to wear them. Restuarants have been real busy like they use to be, everyone at stores shopping like normal.

Same for me, business-wise. Masks aren't worn quite as much. People bucked the "safer at home" crap a long time ago.
