Thank you... I had lost sight of (i.e., "forgotten about") the Military Tribunal caseload, appreciate the link. Hmmmm.... no, I think you're right, the military does NOT take 5-month vacations. That is more in the purview of politicians and CEOs. OK, I can subsist on this for awhile, thanks.
