The Disney Cruise Line for kids stops (or stopped) off at Buck Island. The Island in the middle between Biden's Water Island and Epstein's Little St James.

Jizzface Maxwell's Terra Mar Project offered similar watery excursions around the region for kids '0-18'. Maxwell is a licensed submarine operator. Water Island has submarine access, as it is rumoured does Little St James.
