They don't say what he is arrested for but already jump to the conclusion that he has been charged with a crime. Dr. Gold whom, to my knowledge (and please correct me if I'm wrong), was "arrested, questioned, and released; only charged with trespassing.? How do you trespass in what is supposed to be the "People's House?"
