I don't think they're using prions. Too slow. They have the mRNA + later virus two part bioweapon. I think they will use that and maybe sneak in some fertility modifiers, metals and things that damage the immune system.

Thea reason they'll use the two part bioweapon is that then the deaths start happening en masse when they say so and after they have 80% of the populations vaxxed. The circumstantial evidence for this is that they are in a real hurry to vax us all
