1 ) Home state to POTUS
2 ) Space Force based in Florida and not talking to Biden
3 ) Best Governor in the country in lock step with POTUS
4 ) DeSantis already said 'NO MORE LOCKDOWNS' ( only weapon left for Cabal )
5 ) Bellwether, example and envy of the rest of Nation ( Florida leads = POTUS is leading )
Isn’t it a bit more nuanced than that though? If not the federalis, who is supposed to enforce what’s outlined in the Bill of Rights? Did the framers really intend to just kind of hope the states protected first and second amendment rights? That there were just suggestions?
Prior to the ratification of the Fourteenth Amendment, the Supreme Court held that the Bill of Rights only applied to the federal government, and not to the states (Barron v. Baltimore (1833))
