I can't imagine what the delay could be about, as it surely must be significant enough to offset all of the disastrous things which are apparently taking place , the businesses which are being destroyed, the families that are coming apart and the people who are being hurt, abused or killed -- with Braindead Joe paddling the sinking skiff.
