I tried clearing cookies, new browser, another search engine etc... This site(actually alle the .win) are not loaded on the PC. On phone they still working right now.

If you can get to other sites, then someone is blocking that site, or that site is overloaded and can’t handle traffic, or it’s down. Check the Dow detector:
