I would not call it a theory, yet, as you are just floating a balloon, a potential direction of inquiry.

Then it becomes necessary to understand what made you think of it. Or is it a eureka moment when you where taking a dump. Some good ideas may come from it. I have had some good ideas while taking a dump, so it is not meant to diminish.
When thinking into a direction, you would have to have some examples.
Say post 4937 + 4920 are actual information, all in between like 4921 are merely narrative or geared towards throwing a spanner in the wheel.
While looking through the Q posts for the last 3.5 years has not moved me into that direction, you may have a valid point. My recommendation would be, instead of opening a wild goose chase, that may end up a dud, by providing your examples of how you think this works.
When you have a sequence that seems to work, you may end up at the dead end: falsification. It does not mean that the idea should be discarded, but primarily that the method needs tweaking, or reorientation.

It is a funny idea, but I have no sequence to back it up. In order to motivate the allocation of resources into such a chase, I would need to demonstrate it holding any water.
Otherwise we get to a point where 1000 people have 1000 ideas. In comparison to the light bulk, knowing 10.000 ways of how NOT to make one, one way is enough to make a lightbulb work.
