He said Bid0n administration asked Texas to help pay for the illegals to get tested for covid & quarantine them because his administration doesn't have the resources to do it.

Well I wonder Why the Bid0n administration doesn't have the resources to take care of the illegals that they want to come into our country? Hmmm...
