Keep doing it. If it works for you, why isn't that ok? Works for me. I finally understand the belief part. I don't try and tell people to try it. It's for me and me alone. But it's positive and for someone to tell me that I'm horrible because I believe, well, that seems a smite hypocritical when they tell me they believe something about themselves. You know where I'm going with this. Do what you want on this planet as long as you don't hurt others doing it.
