How is a media organization associated with a guy who is longer president and no longer commander in chief of the armed forces getting unique photo and video passes from inside restricted areas all over the globe?

I have done the paperwork for photo passes inside an extremely sensitive pier in the military, and it’s not a joke. Someone very high up, with a head for politics and at least 1 star had to sign it.

Who is signing these passes for George News and why? It’s multiple commands across the globe. Meaning multiple different commanders have approved these. Why?
