I don't understand why Laws like this need to be made when the Constitution CLEARLY states, in much more concise language, the exact thing they're trying to advance.

2nd Amendment in not for interpretation and very clearly worded. Oklahoma and the rest can just claim Constitutional Carry, citing the US Constitution as validation.

Additionally, all these MFers are violating the Supremacy Clause under the Constitution Article VI. The ATF shouldn't even exist.
