I watched his Documentary earlier today - the man is a genius!! He said his operation could be easily duplicated all over the world. I reckon that Ivanka has been working something like this out behind the scenes. The Trump Administration knows they need a lot of facilities and help and will have got something started.
It proves it by the amount of human trafficking victims that have already been rescued under his Administration. Especially in comparison to previous presidents.
