Well, if this is a "religious ritual" and not a "medical intervention," then every person having an abortion is committing insurance fraud/Medicaid abuse. If they are cash pay, then every facility and provider performing these abortions should instantly have ALL government subsidies and tax payer $ revoked immediately. We've already separated church and state. State doesn't pay for church crap. Prosecute from that angle, and these sick fucks will shut up quickly.
