Both states are going to pass legislation that would invalidate unconstitutional EO's from Biden. This should also apply to acts of Congress that are a violation of the Constitution.
States have this power. Thomas Jefferson advocated for it.
Hopefully, this is the start of something great.
The problem is, the state has to have a system in which they can do that. What if the governor says one thing, the AG says something else, and the House Speaker says something different?
They have to have some sort of legal process which would make it "official state policy" that such and such EO is unconstitutional.
That's what this legislation is doing.
