Both states are going to pass legislation that would invalidate unconstitutional EO's from Biden. This should also apply to acts of Congress that are a violation of the Constitution.
States have this power. Thomas Jefferson advocated for it.
Hopefully, this is the start of something great.
I have said it before but there is no need to secede.
States just need to nullify and/or ignore federal mandates.
California set the precedent!
Just stop obeying the federal government. Pass laws that nullify their mandates.
WHAT are the going to do?
Stop sending money...well if your state sends more money to the feds, then it's a bonus for the state...you get to keep that money...if you depend on the fed...tighten your belt.
Send troops...the moment they send federal troops to a state to force compliance is their DOOM...NO other STATE would tolerate that kind of action. It would create all kinds of chaos and likely spark a civil war. Remember, those troops are made up of men and women from STATES. THEY start threatening American citizens on American soil is the moment THEY LOSE.
States need to turn their backs on the federal government. Vote with your non-compliance.
We might be run by a foreign corporation without regard for American lives, but there are WAY more of US than there is of THEM.
CA set another kind of precedent - the state went LOUDLY red: churches opened against the unconstitutional mandates; people don't wear masks (that refusal has been going on since last June); restaurants opened completely up despite the lockdowns; people gather for rallies and parties nonstop; and my personal favorite - the 4th of July celebrations that violated lockdown AND firework AND 4th celebration orders from Governor Nuisance. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EdDo5TfAakc
