From what I've been told by retired military family members and honorably discharged friends, it is unlawful to ask the to reswear to the oath. Don't know if this is true or not.
A true Patriot would have no problem in confirming or re-confirming their Oath,
any that decline would indicate they no longer have the required alliegences to retain that position, They are full time defenders of the Constitution,
part time is not sufficient, you do not met your terms of employment.
