Well I'm looking at this video on my 40" TV-converted-into-monitor and while the wallpaper and curtain does give a "fake" feeling, I don't see the jumpy part.
All I see is when Bidet moves his arms around, the "creases" on the sleeves scrunches up then smooths out and repeat whenever he moves his arms around.
I think this gives the illusion of the "wallpaper" being jumpy.
I'm not sold on the lighting part of the video. They probably have a reflector directed at him to make him look brighter but the background looks dark than it should.
