The photos they could have taken themselves, as any media company could, or they could have acquired them from some who had, I imagine many publications have a metric ton of pictures they never used.

Same exact thing with that b-roll... it proves nothing

If the only thing was the fact they used videos publicly available, or that they sell merch, or whatever other reasons were pointed out, I would still give them the benefit of the doubt

But the FACT that they actually started banning people from telegram for bringing this stuff up? that right there is a the nail in the coffin for me.
