To me, this just points out the absurdity of corporate government. For the most part, the "official" police department is a shakedown racket that operates as a profit center for wannabe elites. When an unfamiliar fake police force comes along and just wants to take part in a few skakedowns of their own, the "real police" are as confused as when two burglars bump into each other while coincidentally breaking into the same home.

Back to basics time. Sound money, no personhood (just men, women), common law, "peace officers" that keep the peace and investigate actual crimes, not potential "offenses".
