Dave at X22 report only has published/posted articles to go off . Dave interprets the situation from these , I do not believe Dave has special access to secret information. I don’t believe Dave is trying to purposely mislead anyone , he just puts the recent happenings into a 40 minute podcast for those who don’t have the time to scour the internet and news outlets.
