Here is why I say "YES".

I so do not want to disrespect anyone on this.

But... I believe that God is the greatest "ENGINEER" to ever existed. So this means I believe he created a "MANFACTURING" type of process to produce people.

Just like all manfacturing. There are "DEFECTS" that can occur.

Some of these defeats are physical, mental or both.

I strongly think that it's a chemical defect that occurred. Which means it's a natural error that occured during the creation process.
