Looks like the backdrop behind him is a computer generated background. That explains why the clock doesn't move. So the question is whether or not he "coincidentally" chose this background for his meeting, or whether it was intentional and meant to convey a message. I'm guessing this wasn't an accident. I would feel more comfortable if the "3:05" in the watch matched the "3:07" in the video, but I am so starved for hope right now that I will give it the benefit of the doubt.
