My opinion, the SC was instructed to refuse to hear these cases. The military has all the evidence they need to take action. I think action has already been taken. The evidence is concrete and people have already been prosecuted. The military does not want these case being decided after the fact. The military is already cleaning the mess up, it will take a little more time before the truth is told to the American people.
