Same - very very weird. If anything the transmitter would be placed behind her waist - opposite side of the camera.

Oprah’s people are vigilant about her image, this is a strange thing.

Look at the newsweek photo that someone posted earlier - It's just a fold in the leather in her boots. They aren't really galoshes like the freeze-frame appears to show.
