Okay this is the first rational explanation I’ve seen. But it doesn’t explain all of the other ankle monitor pics from celebrity instagram posts. Also I don’t get why she’d have one shoved in her boot when she’s sitting in a chair with all of that fabric for the entire interview.

Agree. I think this possibly could be a mic/wireless something, but it doesn't explain the ones on Huma or Trudeau or others. Who knows.
