Suddenly there's a coordinated attack against George News. So here's an interesting read for you all, from 4.6.2020:
Q= Where did the pics from the military hospital ship come from?
Q = Did they "steal" them from someone else?
Q = HOW did they get them?
Here's a thread with a lot of research I did.
There was a "Marcus Goldfinch" who was a contributor to George Magazine back in the 90's. This lunatic "Tim Ozmon" seems to believe that this low-rate actor by the same name is Q and owns/operates George News . . . Strange . . .
That's a bit ridiculous, in this time and day of technology, people don't verify? Evspra just verified it and I'm sure half of the people here did thus far as well as in the GeorgeNews chats.
If I were to do something like that, while not wanting anyone to know that I pulled these images off one of the prominent websites that could possibly get me arrested and/or sued, I wouldn't say something like, "Use TinEye on the pictures!"
I'd be receiving a lot of backlash like GeorgeNews is getting right now.
I don't know but I'm just on the fence here because all of this feels weird and off to me. I understand Evspra's explanation and concern that GN may be fake/LARP'ing for monetary reasons but the stuff they said, especially the TinEye thing, feels like they're not really LARP'ing. They'd be dumb to provoke people into doing something that could bust them wide open with TinEye, but that's just me.
Not only that but with the videos being pulled off that website, GeorgeNews have their "watermark" info on the videos so that would be copyright infringement, unless GeorgeNews got the permission to do so?
I don't get why are you upset? The link above prove that there was another article with the same picture with the same date. So, why nobody caught it? I do not know.

Not upset, just confused and doesn't feel comfortable with the answer everyone is going with now. Not only that but everyone were quick to oppose GeorgeNews. I'm just looking for answers because the TinEye and the video thing doesn't sit right with me if GeorgeNews is, indeed, fake.
I guess it's just me. My instincts tells me it's something else and I would go on with stories about how I followed my instincts and it would come out exactly what my instincts told me, but that would take a long time and irrelevant to this, but for now, I'll just let this play out and see what happens. GeorgeNews is on a 24 hour hiatus so I'll wait and see what they have to say once they return.
I understand where you're coming from but going back to that class I had in college about copyright protection when dealing with news media info (for web dev), they said that we can't just pull or "borrow" info/pictures off a website and make the claim that it's ours. If we alter the original picture to be totally different from the original (usually done in photoshop), we can do that.
When pulling videos off someone's website then posting them on your website WITHOUT permission is grounds for a lawsuit. Especially if you watermark the videos you're hosting. I watched a couple of videos that GeorgeNews had on Telegram as well as the posts on here, and I see on the lower left corner, there's GeorgeNews info (in the form of a "watermark") and that's copyright infringement, unless they got the permission from that website dlins something. To pull videos off a military website, adding watermark to the videos then reposting them under the guise of GeorgeNews is a ballsy move, which is why I still am assuming they received permission to do something like this.
And if you think about it, why would you be stationed here in America, when you fully know the cabal is pretty much everywhere in America so the only choice is to go out of the country and do it there? But then someone mentioned that the military goes by the DD/MM/YYYY format, not the one we go by, MM/DD.
Well as I said to someone else on here, I don't know and I guess it's just me but something doesn't feel right with this whole situation. For now, I'm going to just allow this to play out and see what GeorgeNews have to say after their 24 hour hiatus, then I'll most likely decide afterwards.
Yeah that website. Alright then I guess that answers my question about how GeorgeNews is able to put their overlay on these videos.
Not even making the implication that GeorgeNews = Q but maybe because GeorgeNews is a bit obvious due to their name, they had to be headquartered elsewhere for their safety, similar to Assange and Snowden.
How can I create a Telegram throwaway account if they need my phone number? I don't think I can use a spoofed phone number as they have verification system to check for these, but I do believe the people who said they got banned for asking GeorgeNews.
Two things I can think of why this is happening:
My point is, if GeorgeNews is legit and people from here came on Telegram to make accusations that GeorgeNews is fake, I would understand the need to ban them because again, if GeorgeNews is legit, GeorgeNews wouldn't want anyone to feel like they've been lied to when they're not actually being lied to.
I mean, I made a post on here a while ago, that was linking to a GeorgeNews telegram message and it automatically got deleted. I messaged the mods about it but nothing from them for days. Esvpra finally replied to my concern on why my post got deleted within seconds in one of the threads he made (way before the GeorgeNews fiasco started) and he said, "One of the bots must've saw the short link, t.me, and automatically deleted your post. I will fix that soon".
So if Evspra et al had bots doing the "heavy" work for them, then would it be fair to assume GeorgeNews have the same mechanism in place for them, seeing how they have 200,000 followers? Who would want to allow spammers on their Telegram channel, luring people into buying fake Trump coins? Hence the bots.
For now I'm playing the devil's advocate because I feel this has been hastily gone through without serious consideration, even though a lot of research went into looking at GeorgeNews. I'm aware of the sketchy details GeorgeNews had but still... Something tells me the whole situation feels off, like some details are being overlooked. Once it has been truly verified that GeorgeNews is indeed a LARP for monetary purposes then I'll disregard them.
