Notably the previous PCR test was purposefully fraudulent. Any PCR test cycling over 25 has a very high chance of false positives. At 45 cycles, as has been done up until last month, many false positives are guaranteed, to the point the test is literally worthless and EVERYONE who works in biology knows it (AKA a conspiracy).
