The one when he was having some sort of national celebration/parade thing, showing off loads of rockets, then he went into this rambling speech and started pretending to cry (whether or not he really was) and talking about being 'sorry for not having done the best for his people'. It was sometime last year, IIRC after that long stretch where he didn't appear for a while and people were speculating that he was gone and his sister was going to be taking over, then he popped back up again and we had the event I'm describing.
