I live minutes from the WH. MOst deciduous trees are just starting to leave or bud. The cherry blossoms are getting close: https://www.earthcam.com/usa/dc/cherryblossoms/?cam=cherryblossoms2#gall-1

Hard to tell if those are evergreens, like a holly, or not.

I was thinking hollys are green year round, definitely agree with this, are there holly or other evergreen leaf trees (excludes pines/spruces etc) around the whitehouse?

Someone just posted a video of the white house showing the trees were all bare in January, so definitely not evergreens.
