That report is from August 2020.

DJT was getting ahead of the vaccine scam by setting up production in the USA of safe alternatives.

and Kodak got a lifeline.

Note that he met with a couple of pham corps, Regeneron being one. The biggest lament was that we are entirely dependent on India and China-made precursors.

DJT was trying to sever those ties. Within a month the #2 maker of HCQ precursors blew up in CN, and the #3 producer in India was damaged by fire last summer.

BTW, AstraZeneca's C19 vax plant in India got 86'ed in late January as well. I don't believe in Qincidences.
