I live in Western Australia, and not one mask has been worn, except for one week of lock down and most ignored it anyway.

I live not far from Byron B & have barely seen a mask since the beginning. This area is also home to one of the biggest anti vaxer populations in the country. Cant speak for other areas in NSW, but I think its a fairly similar situation in at least rural areas. Having said that there is still a shit load of people around here who do believe its very real, they may not wear masks, but they believe.
