Quantum computers don’t do classical computing. Managing a banking system would not require a quantum computer. Also, a satellite only relays information, no need for a “quantum satellite” to handle that kind of process.
Those are good points but I think have compatible satellites no matter the capacity would be important when rolling out a technology along the lines of this. I don't think from what was written there that the technology relies or is hinged on the satellites

sorry to be picky, but satellites are not limited to be relays or routers, they can be used for any purpose that an earth based computer can do.
