Reverse image shows the picture was taken in Houston TX, and the pic first appeared on the internet March 6, 2021. That isn't confirmation of anything, but it does seem a bit odd to me. Someone better at doing the reverse image thing could provide better info in the pic than I can.
I bet you that picture was taken within the last year. Perhaps 3 months after the "Floyd Death"
