That's reserved for the "special" voters. I have no doubt the RINOs have the RNC rigged. For a long time, the presidential candidates most people liked never made it very far in the primaries. We were always told they weren't popular, or couldn't raise funding (probably true given who controlled the purse), but I often ran into others who preferred them over the choices we were left with.
