So no geographically-dispersed offsite live replication for the hosted systems? No point-in-time mirror, no offsite backups? Unforgivably stupid in this day and age. If they have defrauded their clients by promising resiliency that was nonexistent, then besides the fire the hosting company is in all sorts of shit. And deservedly so.
