He just said that you can get it if you want it, he never really urged people to get it.

Sort of. If you watch it again (which I did several times) he starts saying it, then he peters off at the end. He doesn't even really finish the last word before rushing on to the next sentence. It was really strange behavior. I can't decipher it.
