Wasn't one parent? He has a brother In Kenya, He was supposedly born in Kenya but has a Birth certificate issued in Hawaii, but one parent would have to be American for that to be a properly issued certificate.

Yep, my husbands American and our children weren’t born in the US but have citizenship. It’s documented that they were born abroad and we always joked they could never be president.
