Weather manipulation isn’t even denied anymore ? Use Duck Duck Go and look up geo engineering. You can use Google as well, but search results will be less tailored specifically for you using ddg.
The title is for normies I know weather modification is a thing and I believe has been used for trivial things, such as a high profile Russian wedding to guarantee clear skies.
Please try not to be to harsh for the way it was put forward. There aren't just vet eyes on these boards.
Understood; no harshness intended ? Yes, I know this board has lots of folks who aren’t familiar with this and other topics - it’s why I responded the way I did. Sure, I could have offered you proof, but people tend to learn more about ideas when they research themselves.
But the if threw me (and I imagine most of us) off, so figured I’d lend a hand by offering ddg as a means for you to determine whether your if could be... say changed to a since... In this way, you’d get what you’re probably looking for - a discussion based on your questions.
