They'd receive that info as emails sent out to all credentialed media organisations, like in the email compilation post I did earlier. If you look in detail you would find things like "Public Schedule – March 10, 2021" and "Secretary Blinken's Travel to Tokyo and Seoul" and "Media Logistics". If they are not allowed to broadcast that information, it would be specified, e.g. "INFORMATION IS FOR PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY – NOT FOR PUBLICATION OR BROADCAST" in red.

unless Biden struck a plea deal that involved his complete compliance with all orders given to him, and he is being ordered to play out his role as a puppet president, but with Trump/Military giving the orders not Obama/ DS
