So...even if Durham’s report suggests prosecutions, “...it is up to Joe Biden’s DOJ to prosecute those responsible.” LOL! We’re finished as a republic barring anything short of a revolution. All three branches of government are controlled by the DS. It’s all downhill from here. Mark my words.

I thought that too until I tracked down a copy of his scope letter. He was given authority to prosecute with no additional approval when he was appointed Special Counsel. Point (c) in the letter.
