I'm not sure about this theory?

I think Biden has had a facelift, botox and a nose job and maybe this is why he looks so different?
I know that many think the Biden in the WH isn't the one that was vp with Obama, but I'm still not sure about this angle.

The real Biden has always been bumbling, corrupt, evil, but not very bright and this aligns with the one that is there now.
