Is this why we are seeing more and more countries halting the use of vaccines citing "blood clot" issues? I've been seeing it in the news recently?

To me it sounds like that has to do with endothelial cells and/or ACE2 receptors. I haven't finished digging into that yet, perhaps others have looked into it?
