So, I've been watching DownDetector for about 3 weeks now. The IRS system has been down more than up. The comment section is crazy, people bitching up a storm because they are not getting their refunds and can't get consistent info from the IRS. The system gives people wrong / bad / no info. I bring this up, because it makes me wonder, do we possibly not have (enough) cash in the USA checking account? It's worth going and reading the comments...something odd is going on.
