Just like Tamir Rice's mama got from the City of Cleveland. The little punk waives a (fake but real-looking) gun around at a rec center, 10 different people call the cops on him, they tell him to put it down, he doesn't, they shoot him. But somehow his mama got something like (I think) $6 million because she raised a little thug. On the taxpayer's dime, no less.
